Das Golf Hotel ist ein ruhiges familiäres Hotel im touristischen Zentrum von Bredene aan Zee. De oorspronkelijke twee woonhuizen op deze plek werden in de 19de eeuw samengevoegd tot één groot pand. Het huidige complex dateert van 1902 en herbergde het 'Institut Communal de Demoiselles'. Later kwam op de begane grond een groentezaak. Een lift bezorgde het toenmalige Hôtel du Nord in 1965 een nieuw elan. Het huidige Hôtel Polaris is in restauratie met het oog op een nieuwe bestemming.
