Booking Conditions

Below are the conditions that are in effect on cancellation. The percentages shown are to be paid by you. Cancellation possible at least 21 days prior to arrival. If you cancel after this time, the first night will be charged 100%. If you have booked several rooms you pay each room the 1st night. The non-refundable rate is always a guaranteed reservation. In case of modification or cancellation, the amount of the entire reservation will be charged. If you do not show up (no-show), the total price of the reservation will be charged. Once you have booked, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booking to the given credit card charge.
