Hostellerie Mont Kemmel **** ALWAYS and EVERYWHERE follows the imposed COVID 19 measures. As a guest, you should always follow this up correctly and without discussion.

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy. The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking):

• From 14 days before date of arrival: 100% to be paid
• More than 14 days before date of arrival: free of charge

Special conditions (groups*):

• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% to be paid
• Between 31 and 14 Days before arrival: 50 % to be paid
• Between 42 and 31 Days before arrival: 33 % to be paid
• Between 12 and 6 weeks before arrival: 20.00 EUR / room / night
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25,00 EUR

(*) groups = Every booking of 3 or more rooms
