Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking and groups)

• a fixed amount of 55 euros per room will be charged on the day of booking
• 14 day's before arrival: 55 euro will be charged
• Less then 14 days before arrival: first night will be charged
• No show: 100% of the reservation
