The building with 2 holiday homes is located on the outskirts of the village of Leke with a clear view of the surrounding fields. It is a semi-open development where the house of the owners is adjacent to two holiday homes with their own name. Both houses are licensed separately and have a separate entrance.

Situated in the very heart of the “Bel Epoque” District of Ostend, our city by the sea, the “Villa Les Pâquerettes” lies in walking distance of the beach of course, but equally on merely a few hundred yards away from the Wellington racetrack, the Casino, the golf course, the swimming pool, the library, the KVO Versluys soccer stadium and the BCO basketball stadium. Hotel Excelsior is superbly situated at the North Sea and the beach. The Casino is 150 m away. The hotel is totally renovated and has 36 modern rooms each with flat screen television, telephone, bath and toilet. A fantastic breakfast can be used until 11 h while taking in the view on the beach. If the weather allows it, breakfast is served on the terrace.
