"Menin Gate House" is a charming holiday built in 1923 and completely renovated in 2011. It is the ideal base to explore Ypres and Flanders Fields. Staying in the house is a unique experience. One could not stay any closer to the Menin Gate. LOCATION A relaxing walk on the beach just 300 meters from the hotel or right around the corner at the Wapenplein to the various shopping-walking streets, bars and restaurants. The Casino Kursaal and the Leopold park as well as the cultural center "De Grote Post" are a 300-meter walk from the hotel. On the other hand, the Ostend train station is 900 meters away to travel to another destination. As you can read, you will always have some form of entertainment at hand.
