The building with 2 holiday homes is located on the outskirts of the village of Leke with a clear view of the surrounding fields. It is a semi-open development where the house of the owners is adjacent to two holiday homes with their own name. Both houses are licensed separately and have a separate entrance.

The Golfhotel Zoute is situated in the most calm and residential area of Knokke. This area, called "Het Zoute" is located near the unspoiled nature reserve "Het Zwin".
