Built in 1929 as a grand summerhouse for General Timmerman by architect Vaerwyck, inspired by the famous English architect Lutyens.

Het Zonnehuis has been completely restored and redecorated by Bertrand Depry and Jan Vermast.

The house is now an exclusive Bed & Breakfast and regained its former grandeur. Het Zonnehuis has 4 luxury rooms, a Junior suite and a holiday house for 4 persons.

The large breakfast has also a British touch: English marmalades, English cheese, smoked salmon, eggs are made à la minute, Brussels waffles, fresh juice, yoghurt, granola and fresh fruit salad. Bread is coming from the bakery in the village. Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 11 a.m. at the big table, the small table or at the heated terrace.

Hotel Excelsior is superbly situated at the North Sea and the beach. The Casino is 150 m away. The hotel is totally renovated and has 36 modern rooms each with flat screen television, telephone, bath and toilet. A fantastic breakfast can be used until 11 h while taking in the view on the beach. If the weather allows it, breakfast is served on the terrace. Hotel Les Mouettes is a Family hotel situated on the sea bank. All rooms have shower/bath, toilet and tv. Sauna and whirlpool in hotel. Swimming pool at 50 m.

A basket filled with surprises and a fridge full of tasty refreshing drinks will be welcoming you on your arrival. Moreover, you will find some nice presents, flip-flops for the sauna, some showering products and bed and bath linen in each room.

The personalised “kabinet” bathrobes can be used during your stay.
