Hotel Maxim is situated in the heart of the city in a quiet neighbourhood. The beach is only 300 metres away and you can easily walk to the city centre. The hotel offers renovated rooms with a private bathroom with a bath. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace to sit outside. Breakfast is served in buffet style with several rolls and bread kinds. Start the day with cereals, yoghurt, fruit salad, and several tasty spreads. Boiled eggs are available. The hotel bar is worth a visit when you feel like having a drink. The Oesterhoeve is both a B&B as an oyster farm at the edge of Oostende, overlooking the Spuikom lake. It offers marina-themed rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and luxury bedding.

One thing is certain: you'll always find a welcoming cafe to take a "refill", and after your efforts you can be sure, on returning to the "Rentmeesterhoeve", of a refreshing shower awaiting you.
