Hortensia is an ideally situated B&B accommodation in the centre of Ypres. We let spacious, non smoking rooms, all with shower & toilet en-suite and TV. We are at easy walking distance (10min) from the Menin Gate (Last Post) or the Market Place (In Flanders Fields Museum). Bicycles can be garaged. We have safe underground parking for motorcycles and cars, in a walking distance. Hortensia is a guesthouse offering excellent value for money. LOCATION A relaxing walk on the beach just 300 meters from the hotel or right around the corner at the Wapenplein to the various shopping-walking streets, bars and restaurants. The Casino Kursaal and the Leopold park as well as the cultural center "De Grote Post" are a 300-meter walk from the hotel. On the other hand, the Ostend train station is 900 meters away to travel to another destination. As you can read, you will always have some form of entertainment at hand.
