In the morning, you can start your day with a nice breakfast. Return in the evening for dinner in Restaurant Cajou. Taste the fish and grill dishes or choose from the varied menu, which is changed regularly. There are also various holiday menus. The restaurant is closed in January. This property is 4 minutes walk from the beach. Gatsby Hotel Blankenberge is conveniently located in the centre of Blankenberge, 100 m from the beach and the North Sea shore, the main shopping centre and the train station.

The “Bel Epoque” district was realized under the reign of our King Leopold II. Our residence was built in 1902 but has been recently totally and utterly renovated. The surrounding public domain has been restored to his former splendor in respect with the spirit and the style of the “fin de siècle”.

The rich history of the building was restored with an eye for craftsmanship and the style of the olden times. The grandeur of the various rooms is overwhelming, but at no point does it compromise the sense of home. In each of the Cobergher rooms and suites, renowned decorator Pieter Porters wrote a unique story together with interior designers Dejaegere.
