The rich history of the building was restored with an eye for craftsmanship and the style of the olden times. The grandeur of the various rooms is overwhelming, but at no point does it compromise the sense of home. In each of the Cobergher rooms and suites, renowned decorator Pieter Porters wrote a unique story together with interior designers Dejaegere.

The hotel is located in Sint-Joris, a rural district of Nieuwpoort where peace, tranquility and relaxation are guaranteed. In the morning you can enjoy an excellent and sumptuous breakfast buffet. When the weather is good, you have the opportunity to relax with a drink or a snack on the garden terrace. Cyclists are well catered here by the rural location for there is a wide choice of routes. A stone's throw from the hotel namely Nieuwpoort City and Nieuwpoort -bath-lovers may also for a relaxing day on the beach.

The “Bel Epoque” district was realized under the reign of our King Leopold II. Our residence was built in 1902 but has been recently totally and utterly renovated. The surrounding public domain has been restored to his former splendor in respect with the spirit and the style of the “fin de siècle”.

First and foremost, our guest house wants to be convivial, welcoming and comfortable. We wholeheartedly and cordially welcome our guests with an open mind, in a warm and hospitable fashion. We keep an open house by the sea side where eager spirits and out of the box  thoughts are welcome to collide under the Chatham House rules.

Our bed and breakfast is a strictly no smoking hostel. However, the garden offers the possibility for the tobacco amateur to enjoy his guilty pleasure.

Three spacious comfortable rooms located on the first floor and three comfortable rooms located on the second floor accessible by stairs. The beautiful garden offers the possibility to relax during the beautiful days. On the ground floor you can enjoy in our ice cream shop artisan ice creams, pancakes and waffles.
