Situated in the very heart of the “Bel Epoque” District of Ostend, our city by the sea, the “Villa Les Pâquerettes” lies in walking distance of the beach of course, but equally on merely a few hundred yards away from the Wellington racetrack, the Casino, the golf course, the swimming pool, the library, the KVO Versluys soccer stadium and the BCO basketball stadium. The posh boutiques and gastronomical highlights are only a few minutes away and the costal tram offers you a stop at a two hundred yards distance.

The “Bel Epoque” district was realized under the reign of our King Leopold II. Our residence was built in 1902 but has been recently totally and utterly renovated. The surrounding public domain has been restored to his former splendor in respect with the spirit and the style of the “fin de siècle”.

The building with 2 holiday homes is located on the outskirts of the village of Leke with a clear view of the surrounding fields. It is a semi-open development where the house of the owners is adjacent to two holiday homes with their own name. Both houses are licensed separately and have a separate entrance.

In the countryside and in an oasis of greenery, you find the hotel « Kasteelhof 't Hooghe » situated 3 km of the centre of Ypres. Away from the noisy town-life, it is an ideal place to make some excursions in order to visit the region. The three stars hotel with its 11 rooms in the same style as the building but equipped with the up-to-date modern comfort of the 21ste century. Indeed every room has toilet, bathroom, television, telephone, radio-awakening, hair-dryer and some with airco. The rooms of the first floor have their own terrace. Every room has a view on the garden with pond. The hotel has a cordial restaurant, with a varied kitchen and a bar that allows you to rest while tasting the Belgian beers. It is pleasant to stay late in the evening at the lounge by the hearth. There is also a parking lot reserved for the hosts of the hotel. The rich history of the building was restored with an eye for craftsmanship and the style of the olden times. The grandeur of the various rooms is overwhelming, but at no point does it compromise the sense of home. In each of the Cobergher rooms and suites, renowned decorator Pieter Porters wrote a unique story together with interior designers Dejaegere.

Hotel Cajou is centrally located in De Panne, but in quiet surroundings. Enjoy the lovely summer terrace on a nice day and walk to the beach which is only 50 meters away.
