The "Rentmeesterhoeve" is located on the historical site of the former manor of Reninghelst. What remained of the old farm, adjacent to the manor's foundations, has been transformed during 2007 and 2008 into an attractive and comfortable B&B. The Oesterhoeve is both a B&B as an oyster farm at the edge of Oostende, overlooking the Spuikom lake. It offers marina-themed rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and luxury bedding.

The rooms have parquet floors and a bathroom with free soap and shampoo products. They are decorated with sea shells, little boats and sea stars.
