What remained of the old farm, adjacent to the manor's foundations, has been transformed during 2007 and 2008 into an attractive and comfortable B&B. Later kwam op de begane grond een groentezaak. Een lift bezorgde het toenmalige Hôtel du Nord in 1965 een nieuw elan. Het huidige Hôtel Polaris is in restauratie met het oog op een nieuwe bestemming.
