Situated in the very heart of the “Bel Epoque” District of Ostend, our city by the sea, the “Villa Les Pâquerettes” lies in walking distance of the beach of course, but equally on merely a few hundred yards away from the Wellington racetrack, the Casino, the golf course, the swimming pool, the library, the KVO Versluys soccer stadium and the BCO basketball stadium. The posh boutiques and gastronomical highlights are only a few minutes away and the costal tram offers you a stop at a two hundred yards distance.

The “Bel Epoque” district was realized under the reign of our King Leopold II. Our residence was built in 1902 but has been recently totally and utterly renovated. The surrounding public domain has been restored to his former splendor in respect with the spirit and the style of the “fin de siècle”.

First and foremost, our guest house wants to be convivial, welcoming and comfortable. We wholeheartedly and cordially welcome our guests with an open mind, in a warm and hospitable fashion. Our bed and breakfast is a strictly no smoking hostel. However, the garden offers the possibility for the tobacco amateur to enjoy his guilty pleasure.

The bathroom has a shower/bath, sink, toilet, enough towels, make-up mirror, hairdryer and luxury soaps. the hotel is very well known for his breakfast buffet. Different egg preparations , bacon, fresh fruit juices, fresch fruit salad, yoghurt, a whole range of croissants and danish pastries, differents sorts of small crunchy bread, different sorts of sliced bread, several sorts of meat, smoked fisch, a range of cheeses and of course for those who like it sweet a range of jams, chocolate and honey. All hot drinks are served and on Sundays you will find Champagne on the buffet. The hotel is situated in a very quiet street in the center of Oostende. Within a range of 100 meter, you will find the beach, the nicest promenade, the casino, the pedestrain shopping streets, restaurants, night life, the famous Leopoldpark, public transport and the museums.  The hotel has a well equipped seminar room for up to 20 people, a cosy bar, solarium, steam & massage cabine, Sun Terrace with loungers, Infra Red sauna and by appointment you can become beauty treatments such as epilation, gelnails, manicure, pedicure ....

This property is 10 minutes walk from the beach. This small holiday park is located within walking distance of the beach and the city centre of Koksijde. Free WiFi access and parking are available in this park.

Amusement park Plopsaland and Plopsaqua are within 5 km of the property. Nearby supermarkets can be reached by foot. Chalets Eureka & Bloemenduin Koksijde consists out of two attached holiday parks.

Built in 1929 as a grand summerhouse for General Timmerman by architect Vaerwyck, inspired by the famous English architect Lutyens.

Het Zonnehuis has been completely restored and redecorated by Bertrand Depry and Jan Vermast.

The house is now an exclusive Bed & Breakfast and regained its former grandeur. Het Zonnehuis has 4 luxury rooms, a Junior suite and a holiday house for 4 persons.

The large breakfast has also a British touch: English marmalades, English cheese, smoked salmon, eggs are made à la minute, Brussels waffles, fresh juice, yoghurt, granola and fresh fruit salad. Bread is coming from the bakery in the village. Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 11 a.m. at the big table, the small table or at the heated terrace.
